Ordering: Send us an e-mail at HobbyMill@cinci.rr.com with details on what you would like to order along with your shipping address. Please use the form above as a guide for ordering. The form can be pasted into an e-mail to make it easy. So that we can better serve you, please indicate with your order when you require delivery. We will confirm your order with an e-mail, provide pricing, and an estimated delivery date. You approve the confirmation and then send payment. It's that simple! Our address will be on the order confirmation form.
Shipping: Our standard method is via UPS or Priority Mail. Let us know if you require expedited delivery and we will try our best to provide you satisfactory service. All pricing is FOB Cincinnati, Ohio with shipping and handling added.
Delivery: Generally all wood is in stock and can be processed within a few business days. We will advise you at time of ordering if there will be any delay in processing your order. The UPS tracking information is forwarded to you at the time of shipment.
Payment: At this time we are only accepting checks or money orders in US dollars. For first time customers we request receipt of payment in advance of processing your order. For established customers with an account, we will include an invoice with your shipment along with a return envelope. Payment is due upon receipt of product. For larger orders we may require a deposit prior to shipment.
Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please notify us via e-mail and we will replace the material. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days and our liability is limited to replacement of material supplied.
International Orders: Payment is due in advance on all international orders by sending us a money order in US Dollars. Most major banks have relationships with US banks and can issue a check or money order in US Dollars drawn on a US bank. Another method is MoneyGram or similar service and this has worked well for wiring a money order to us. Unfortunately we are not setup for credit cards, paypal, or wire transfers.
Shipping of orders under 4 pounds is by US Postal Service International Mail, unless another method is requested. Thus far this service has been cost effective and reliable. Over 4 pounds shipments are by Priority Mail or UPS and there is a significantly higher shipping cost. All international shipments are insured.
